Can someone please explain to me how to obtain those items? I have 2 cyst activities unlocked and in one of them I see glowing enemies (red bars with white glowing overshield). But I never got a single one to drop for me. Do I need to unlock all 6 before I will start getting any? Or I can only get when the cyst is attached to the quest step?
