Error Code: Broccoli When Pressing Interact And Reload At The Same Time

ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): Spectrum / 35.29 Mbps Upload, 67.34 Mbps Download/Wireless

ISSUE: Every time I press the Interact Button (E) and the Reload Button (R) at the same time, my game crashes and I get a Broccoli Error Code.
REPRO STEPS:
1) Log in, and choose a character.
2) While in orbit*, press Interact and Reload simultaneously.
*You do not need to be in orbit to do this. This problem occurs regardless of activity. I chose orbit simply because it is the fastest way to produce this problem.
ACTUAL RESULT: Error code: Broccoli
EXPECTED RESULT: In an activity, the Player Character would reload the currently equipped weapon.
