Buff reconstruction
Dear bungie,
Let’s buff some perks without nerfing others so that there can be some weapon roll diversity.
I say we start by reverting the nerf to reconstruction. We now have envious arsenal which is really the only roll that is even considered when it comes to heavy weapon dps right now. If a rocket doesn’t have it. It’s not worth farming. If it does. Just add it to the collection of the 5 others I have.
It’s very bland grinding the same roll on every gun.
Reconstruction-revert nerf
Auto loading- revert nerf
Clown cartridge-add something. Maybe 10 reload on enhanced
again. Don’t just need envious to make other perks enticing. Let’s buff, not nerf
No one will read this that matters. Plus making this change won’t make you more money or get more people to play this dying game. GG

The nerf to Reconstruction was to effectively sunset a number of rather potent, easy to obtain, meta flexible weapons. [i]Commemoration Apex Doomed Petitioner Heritage[/i] These 4 weapons were incredibly strong and applicable across almost any Meta. Bungie decided they wanted to reinforce their hamster wheel by nerfing the perk and effectively sunset those weapons. Force players to regrind similar ones with 'better' 3rd column perks for Utility. [i]Apex[/i] would still be strong in the game if hadn't been nerfed. Just outclassed by [i]Hezen[/i] & [i]Cold Comfort[/i], but otherwise a top 5 Rocket. [i]Commemoration[/i] is still strong, but not as potent as [i]Corrective Measure[/i]. Specific rolls of [i]Hammerhead[/i] also outperform it. [i]Heritage[/i] has fallen off considerably, but that's for numerous other reasons. One is that Double Slug just isn't really a thing in any activity. Another reason is that really since LF dropped, Kinetic Weapons have been rather sidelined in favor of better subclass synergy. The nerfs still did it no favors..... Ultimately we need to see some serious reworks with formerly nerfed perks. They did revert [i]Witherhoard's[/i] Holster, since Area Denials were outperforming it by leagues. Still not enough to make it valid outside of a niche encounter or two for BNS proccs.
