I don’t know what’s going on with the drop rates this time around, but Iron Banner rewards feel seriously out of whack. I’m playing the event specifically to chase Iron Banner gear, yet somehow I’m getting more Wild Anthem armor drops than actual Iron Banner pieces. That shouldn’t even be a thing during a limited-time event that’s supposed to focus on its own loot pool. On top of that, the balance between armor and weapons feels terrible. The overwhelming majority of my drops have been armor, and not even Iron Banner armor most of the time. When I do get Iron Banner gear, it’s almost always another armor piece instead of weapons. It makes grinding feel pointless when the rewards aren’t lining up with what the event is supposed to offer. Iron Banner should feel rewarding and targeted. Right now it just feels diluted, like the loot pool is bloated with things that shouldn’t be competing with event-specific drops in the first place. If I’m putting in the time during Iron Banner week, I should be consistently earning Iron Banner gear, especially weapons. Please take a look at the drop weighting here, because something feels seriously off.
