Unable to change my child’s communication settings after KWS verification
Unable to adjust my child’s communication settings after KWS authentication. It keeps saying I have to authenticate and after checking with KWS they say it’s a bungee problem not theirs. It’s a circular loop of accepting parental controls and then takes me back to the same screen with out being able to adjust the communication settings so we are able to talk to each other in game.

We can imagine how this may have caused concern. If you haven't yet done so, you may wish to verify whether you experience this issue when using a different browser, or when using a browser set to incognito mode. If you experience this across multiple browsers and in incognito mode too, then please let us know and we'll review.
