Returning Player and Characters are not showing
Hello,
I am returning to the game and it is asking me to create a new character and showing that mine do not exist anymore. Last I played in 2024 I believe and my vaults were full. I really do not want to start from scratch. Please assist.

Edited by EckyThump: 4/9/2026 12:45:37 AMHey there, you've got gameplay on your XBox characters from 2018-2024 but your most recent activity was on your previously empty Epic Games account, on which you've just made a new character. Your XBox and Epic accounts are linked but cross-save is not active. So you will not see your old characters on Epic Games, nor anything else from XBox such as inventory, vault, etc. If you launch the game on an XBox console using this same XBox account, or play on PC through the Microsoft PC Store version, you will see your old characters. Additionally, you could set cross-save up with XBox as the Active character set. Then the characters will be playable on Epic.
