We are aware of an issue where previous season / archived Rewards Pass items can’t be claimed from Bungie.net, even though they still show up with a claim tile. If this Exotic Engram is from a past/expired season pass or reward track, it’s no longer claimable. Many reward packages are explicitly cleared at season end if they weren’t claimed in time. If it’s from the current Rewards Pass: Make sure you’re logged into the correct Bungie account and platform. Check that you own the paid track if the Exotic Engram is on the premium side; premium rewards can’t be claimed without that entitlement. Try claiming directly in-game via the Rewards Pass screen; that path doesn’t use the website UI at all and is the supported way to grab current-season rewards. If you’ve confirmed it’s an old season’s Exotic Engram visible only on the web rewards history, there isn’t a workaround right now—those unclaimed rewards can’t be granted after the season ends, and the grey button is effectively a bugged leftover display rather than something that can still be redeemed.
