As you approach the Pizza Parlour, you see an armoured knight standing beside the door. A purple and white thigh-length surcoat displays rampant red dragons. A spiked mace and heavy axe rest against the wall, gleaming in the sunlight. The knight stands with bare sword held at rest. Power flares, and the visor of the knight's bascinet raises. Purplespider gazes at you solemnly. "Sanctuary has been claimed. The vulnerable rest within. All are welcome as long as the Peace is maintained." She pauses to scan the roadway, right to left. Automatically, you do the same. There are ash piles and stains of something scattered around. Most, closely surrounding Purplespider. "The Door has been tried with violence. They have failed. If you wish pizza or Sanctuary, please enter, and staff within will help. If you are willing to help defend or add to the Wards, I would appreciate it." Purplespider's head snaps to the right at the sound of skittering limbs.
