Make sure you’ve actually unlocked the Memory first You can’t just walk to the tree and open a chest; you need Memory: Refractions of Light active: Finish The Final Shape campaign. Do Micah-10’s Alone in the Dark Cyst missions in the Pale Heart. In those Cysts, kill the glowing white enemies – each drops a Vestige of Light. When you collect 5 Vestiges of Light, they automatically combine into Memory: Refractions of Light in your inventory. Once you have that Memory: Open the Pale Heart map, look for a green icon “Memory: Refractions of Light” on the west side near The Blooming/The Refraction and track it. Go to that marker; now the Prismatic chest will spawn on the big tree branches in The Refraction. Open it to get Facet of Awakening. If you don’t see that green Memory on your map, you haven’t formed it yet – keep farming glowing enemies in Cysts until 5 Vestiges combine. 2. If you do have the Memory but still no chest There is a known bug where: Vestiges of Light stop converting into the legendary Memory, and The Facet of Awakening chest never appears, even though the fragment shows “Not Yet Unlocked.” Players have gotten around it by: Delete every Vestige of Light and any Memory: Light consumables from: Inventory and Postmaster. Go to orbit, then run a Cyst again (e.g., Searing Light or Aerial Ace). Kill glowing enemies until new Vestiges of Light drop and auto-convert into Memory: Refractions of Light. Track that Memory on the map and go back to the tree in The Refraction – the chest should now spawn and open.
