[Bug] Music Doesn't Reset when Restarting in a Restricted Zone
As the title suggests, this leads to the same track playing over itself when restarting an encounter; the only workarounds are to leave and return to the activity, or to have music muted throughout gameplay.
In my experience, the bug affects Lightfall story missions and the Equilibrium dungeon, but I think it's likely to affect other content; especially story missions, as well.
