Titan consecration not working when jammer tower is up
I honestly thought it was just bugged and just happened at random while in Frontier, but I decided to look into it. I suppose that the jammer tower was only limited to renegade abilities, since skills can still be used
I've only played consecration titan in frontier, so this might or might not apply to other abilities, i.e. hunter tempest strike, warlock lighting surge, other abilities that require the skill to be in another state to activate.

Just found out that this article pointed out Hunter Tempest Strike being affected by jammer, but I would like to expand this issue to other classes too.
