I'm at the Alter of Reflection: Catalyst where you have to defeat Lucent Archivists. I've only come across the one. Where are the rest? I would like to complete this

It's bugged. Not completable. It's in the known issues. However, you can grapple and eager edge around the wall to complete it. Look on YouTube.
