Hi,
I don't know if there is another way to contact Bungie directly aside from twitter, or some other direct email, customer support etc. so I' m using this forum instead.
My question is simple, if Bungie decides to not release the content for D2 in June 9 2026, which was already paid for by players, will a partial refund be applicable? I know this may sound like a silly question, but would just like to know if that's possible? I only ask, given the state of the D2 currently and the redirection of focus on the new game Marathon.

You can actually get a refund right now if you want.

7 Repliesthe delayed content is a free for all update. It was not a paid expansion.

1 ReplyNo shadow and order is part of the free content you paid for the dlc and battlepass which by now your way out of the time to get any kind of refund
-
You're not entitled to a refund for anything.

1 ReplyIt a a free update for all players so no one has paid for this

5 RepliesThere isnt anything to refund...the mid-season update is free, regardless of weather it's delayed or even completely scrapped.

9 RepliesOther than the forums and Twitter there is no way to contact them. The content that's releasing in June is a free update.

Its funny to me - that people even here.. long-term members I have seen on the forum don't know that viiTactiiCZz is akin to Bungie Support - this is the most complete answer. In some cases people have bought the whole season and paid reward pass... even on the free update. In fact... one could argue that Bungie delayed the announcement of the delay to avoid having to refund a bunch of passes... even if they are... I dont know $10 of value... this is to prolong the play-time of folks to make refund cases less likely to succeed if the refund went viral for those, like I, who have purchased the whole shabang. Yes the company "feels" scummy enough to do it. Their image/PR cost them success... and it will take consistent actions & care to repair that if Sony decides its worth that.... -
Bungie do not handle any refunds nor are they trying to get platforms to issue partial refunds. You would have to ask your platforms support team if they'll give you the partial refund for the 1 reward pass that hasn't been delivered yet from the bundle. They're likely going to say no and you'll have to go down legal routes to see if you can force it if you want the partial refund.
