Dear Bungie Support Team, I am writing to request assistance regarding an ongoing issue with the Cross Save feature. I have attempted four times to link the correct account to Cross Save. Unfortunately, it appears that the Steam account currently linked to my profile is not the correct one. After authorizing all of my accounts and disabling Cross Save, an error appeared. When I attempted to reconnect the accounts again, the previous Cross Save accounts reappeared with an error, preventing me from linking the correct Steam account. The correct Steam account is the one where I have purchased the full game, while my characters are located on my Xbox account. Because of this issue, I am unable to access my characters properly and play the game with the expansions I have purchased. Resolving this problem is very important to me, as I would like to recover my characters and continue playing future expansions. Unfortunately, this situation has been ongoing for a very long time—nearly two years. Currently, Cross Save again shows a 90-day limit before I can attempt to reconnect the accounts. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter and allowing me to correctly link my Steam account. Thank you in advance for your time and support.
