From the standpoint of output, meta, or perk pool, what is a weapon most would deem as 'mid' or 'bad' but you just can't get enough of?
I'll start-
Stay Frosty

1 ReplyCombined action with hipfire grip and offhand strike. It’s like what if last word was a 120 (and also worse) very fun to use Also Stormbringer on ergo sum. It’s the worst roll bc if you get the perk to activate everything is already dead, but it’s so so cool

5 RepliesCeberus+1 Something about sounding like a dumpster going down stairs, and the way people get easily annoyed by it in pvp. Oh and the death+♾️ ornament is just so clean

I still got love for Barrow Dyad.

1 ReplyMy main weapon in comp and Trials is Wishender. I get boatloads of hate from teammates who are quick to look for something, anything, out of the ordinary to blame for losing a match. But I tune it out. With a good team Wishender is great because: 1) I can see where the enemies are coming, so it helps counteract the lag which is ubiquitous these days. 2) I almost never miss, so even though it doesn't 1-shot, it creates easy kills for my teammates and loads of assists for me. 3) I have a Summoner (Adept) autorifle in the energy slot which I can easily switch to if enemies are pushing aggressively. There are one or two maps that I will sometimes switch to Witherhoard as my main weapon. It's once again great for dealing with lag since the area-of-effect damage negates the need for precision hits when the enemy is not where he appears to be on screen. I have 10k PvP kills with Witherhoard, most of those in comp.

Final Warning! Hits like a truck in PvE and enables a unique playstyle in PvP through playing corners and angles. Used to be Devil’s Ruin, but that “rework” killed its identity.

1 ReplyTraveler’s Judgement 5…. Something about it just feels better than any other burst sidearm. Unloved HC. Super fun and consistent. Plus it looks awesome Tranquility sniper. The sound is just chef’s kiss.

13 RepliesI like my auto rifles and I often use them in PvP. Whether they work or not. Pluperfect, Positive Outlook, Halfdan, The Riposte, Sweet Sorrow, Veiled Threat, Amit just to name a few. Recently I found out that Duty Bound with Stopping Power and Onslaught is pretty decent, no need for Zen Moment or Dynamic Sway.

Vision of Confluence and Two-Tailed Fox That rl is -blam!-, but man is shooting three rockets at once satisfying -
1 ReplyFighting lion... I love the tactical bounce of the ordinance... I feel it is under played and the skill requirement to club a target in the back of the head after two or three bounces or a long range calculated lob or timed air burst is under rewarded... And the catalyst or intrinsic should reward this... Plus it's only exotic that's never left my inventory after I first got it...
