sometimes i get stuck looking at my fireteammates and have to try force closing the game to fix it
it only happens SOMETIMES, and only as fireteam leader. using "inspect guardian" leads to an empty screen, esc doesn't work, you can't change tabs, the only thing that works is ctrl-shift-esc. a minor inconvenience but frustrating nonetheless.

If you're on Steam, you can clear the cache by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Clear Download Cache. If the issue still persists after doing so, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2. If the problem continues even after reinstalling, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring.
