Missing Emblems (Feral Hearts, Gnarled Tendrils)
Hello,
I claimed both of these emblems months ago while they were available, and just now realized I never received them in game.
I Have troubleshooted all I can on my own and am now asking on here.
Things I have Tried :
Double checking both in game and the special deliveries kiosk at the tower
Verifying that I have the right account linked, and then tried unlinking and relinking twitch on bungie.net and twitch.tv
Going to the "Partner Rewards" section on bungie.net, however there is no "refresh button" for me. (cleared cookies, cache, relogged and still no "refresh button")
Read and tried all available solutions from : https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/8048011793812-Twitch-Drops
I have attached a few screenshots of both my claimed rewards page on twitch and my Partner Rewards page for reference.

Please let me know if I can somehow remedy this issue... It has been over 5 months since I claimed these emblems.

1 ReplyDid you try refreshing the redeem/rewards page on Bungie itself? I know I had to do that for s couple of twitch rewards.
