(New Player) Praxic Blade Question
So, I'm a new player so I was wondering, the Praxic Blade, blocking mechanics. For me to activate it I have to use my melee button, but is the cooldown from the Melee stat? Or a different stat. I use the blocking a lot to get around to places or get close enough to actually attack but the cooldown sometimes puts me in a dangerous mode. Any tips? Thanks!
