Conditional Finality shotgun
Could somebody please tell me how to acquire this shotgun? I heard its obtainable from the Root of Nightmares raid but apparently you get 1 chance a week. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You get it randomly from the final boss of Root of Nightmare at a VERY low drop chance. Older raids and dungeons are farmable it's only new raids and dungeons that have a weekly 1 chance per a class system (Basically new ones allow 1 titan, 1 warlock, and 1 hunter completion on your account)
