I like the perk bonuses on the tier 5's (like on the old dungeon & raid sets) so that's a win for me. However... I like how you only get the T5's in Equilibrium for completing the challenges (although I think some are overtuned) That is how they should do it (not based on power level). The one change I would have liked to see (just from a vault management perspective) is the ability to select directly your stat spread then you could have 1 armour peice that you can adjust to suit your activity instead of having 5 different rolls of each. I've got almost 350 armour peices in my vault!!!
