Leaving mid match in trials or comp
If someone leaves mid match at any point the other people should be protected. It's frustrating seeing people leave after 2 rounds

Can’t blame ppl. Trials is based of open mm anybody with a little knowledge knows where the match is heading doesn’t want to waist there time. Especially with the mm that doesn’t apply. So if players are not having fun or know they have been set up to lose. Can’t blame them for leaving. Not only that, there is nothing at stake. What’s gonna happen ppl won’t get there flawless loot. Oh you mean that same stuff that drops regardless.

This has happened to me many times, thankfully I got my 7 win streak flawless today, collected every ship sparrow ghost and shader. Retired from trials till something worth chasing comes. Best of luck to all the guardians on the grind 🫡

Often players get kicked by the game.

People already abuse the loss forgiveness. If you are in a fireteam with someone, there should be zero loss forgiveness if the other person in the fireteam disconnects and rejoins.

There should be protection if someone leaves half way through in the sense that you won’t get a restriction if you leave too, but it should still count as a loss or people would just abuse the system.
