Upon redoing a portal activity with the trade-off modifier on I completed it a couple days ago so I assumed I would be back where I was before you demoted me in August last year. I was at the time practicing with a friend to do GM as we were doing so well at master's for Rank 8 as that is what I was ready to start. However, after the Ranking up trip to the tower I then find out you have still got me lower than where I was. Why am I now not at the level I had earned last year after all I have done the work. In all the years I have been gaming and with bought games, no company has ever jumped in and taken away from what their customers have earned. This is why I have not been moving forward because I just feel so disheartened at the practices you seem to have against your gamers especially fully paid ones.
Please put this right.

Guardian Rank 6-11 are [i]temporary ranks[/i] and get renewed seasonally, you have to redo all the ranks from 5 onwards back to your previous rank. Edge of Fate did a harder reset than usual because they reworked Guardian Ranks and changed the triumphs etc so they pushed every one back to the beginning of it. You'd be better posting in #FeedbackD2 if you want them to change 6-11 into being permanent ranks instead of temporary.
