To try and help with this issue, please try following the steps below: 1. Open up a regular tab on your browser (not an incognito tab) 2. Log out of the help site (if signed in) 3. Log out of Bungie.net 4. Enable/allow tracking and cookies for Bungie.net, help.bungie.net, and the platform you use to sign in with 5. Clear the browser's cookies and cache (If not entirely, at least for the Bungie website and the platform you usually sign in with) 6. Log back into Bungie.net using another linked platform (if available), then the one you've been using 7. Disable all browser extensions for bungie.net 8. Follow this Link: [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/p/Destiny]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/p/Destiny[/url] 9. Disable all browser extensions for the help site 10. Sign in to the help site again. - If it asks for a platform, select the same one that was used on Bungie.net 11. Go to the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/46014039797524-Contact-Form-DarkAgeHunt-Video-Submission]contact form[/url] and click the Submit Request button - If you don't get signed out: Go to step 13 - If you do get signed out: sign into the site again, then go here instead: [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new[/url] 12. Select the #DarkAgeHunt Video Submission form from the dropdown 13. Fill out the form and press Submit 14. If you still encounter this issue, please try an alternative browser (if possible, also other devices), and start on step 5 to repeat the process on that other browser/device. If after attempting these steps (even on alternate browsers and devices), please respond with the following: - What devices have you tried using? - What browsers have you tried using? - What platform are you using to sign in? - Which extensions do you have installed and turned on? - Can you confirm that you allow tracking on our sites? - Any additional relevant information you might think of
