Altar of reflection: catalyst mission bug

Simply playing the mission as normal causes this (video in link)

There's no ETA on when it'll be fixed, but there are skips you can use that will allow you to complete the activity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZw8DhKOscc You can also get around it using Grapples (Hunter or Armamentarium on Titan) or a Well Skate if Shatterskating doesn't work for you.
