*Resolved - Regained/persistent Arms Week quest
I completed it on my warlock but gained it again on login at yesterday's weekly reset.
My hunter and titan were never able to progress it after completing it on my warlock during the event's week.

While we have addressed the issue of the event itself being active past the ending, the quest itself will be removed with next week's reset.
