Just a curiosity, if I already paid for a service advertised to release on 03/03/2026, and then that service is delayed. How dose one get their money back for that bundle?

Hello there, All refund requests would need to go through the retailer that sold you the game and would be subject to their refund policies.

2 RepliesI too would love to know how I can get a refund for a free content update

It's a free update, you didn't buy anything.

2 RepliesExactly what bundle for sale listed shadow and order?

2 RepliesThank you all for your comments and support. As of Feb 6th Epic Games, the platform I use, gave me a 30% refund back to my card.

Check the terms and conditions of the purchase. I am sure they are not stupid enough to have nothing in the terms were they say delayed content is a posability but you never know. Plus if you played the content for x period you prob would not be entitled to a refund unles thousands of people ask for a refund not a bad idea. Anyway best of luck.

Talk to the provider you bought it from. Highly doubt you’ll get a refund since it’s technically part of Renegades and you already played lots of that.

You contact your platforms support team to see if they'll give a refund because of it. It's unlikely to happen though.
