How to do Forged Anew Crucible Quest

Hi, I wonder if anyone is able to answer this. I have the Forged Anew Crucible quest to complete from Shaxx. Does the New Territory Playlist appear on Crucible anymore or do I just go into a random crucible match?

You can't. The quest was meant to be removed back when Into the Light ended but it wasn't, so just abandon it and forget it exists.
