Are you sure it's the pulse/ sniper hybrid and not just primaries in general? I mean a bow like Hierarchy can't OHK a red bar vex to the body at -30 with around 30-40 weapon stat (not that we should have to invest in that stat at all to make our weapons function properly, and frankly if they're fine with the weapon stat buffing damage in either mode, it would just make more sense to remove the buff, change the stat to improve stability too, and add the damage in full to every weapon). Primaries in general need buffs. We lost- I think the artifact gave something like 10-12-15% damage last season but we're nerfed to 5% now. If the weapon stat is balanced like ability stats in that 30 is slower Regen and 70 is equal to old 100, we're doing even less than we were before in pve if we don't have it up high enough. So all in all, we're doing around 20% less damage than we're supposed to. It also doesn't help when activities scale enemies up the further you go like in Lawless activities.
