Sick & Tired...
Of having to learn speedrun strats to do a strike. I know this is not exactly a massive priority at the moment but it's a long-running pain point of mine & I genuinely despise it. It's turned me into a toxic player. No thought now goes to cooperative gameplay, no all I care about now is how can I mess with the moron eager edging through an activity that has NO FREAKING TIME LIMIT and that you gain NO EXTRA REWARDS FOR FINISHING QUICKLY !!!!!

Some ppl just like to move fast. Gets it done faster and I have no issues with that.

I'd be more accepting of it if the speed bonus that does exist made up for the score hit you take by skipping adds and field bosses. It's absolutely miserable going into MM activities aiming for a score, being predicted that score, and then not getting it because some degenerate wanted to clear 30s faster. The only thing less fun is actually attempting to get any kind of group through Fireteam Finder, because if it wasn't I'd do that; clan has become primarily ARC Raiders instead of D2 (abd I'm not joining them on that because I find PvP extraction even less fun than a 30 minute lurk on Fireteam Finder trying to get a single group.......)

I feel it. I use the eager edge and shatterskate for fun, but this is getting ridiculous. Just patch it all out. Every VoG and KF is all "skate, exploit, skip, cheat". Honestly don't understand the point of even doing it if youre skipping and exploiting almost all of it. Had one guy try to tell me it's a "skill". When did falling through a rock to glitch into the next area become skill?

I swear every eager edge player Ive played with this whole season are just the most useless, salty players Ive ever played with on this game. They either spend the whole time being slower then me while all I have is being amplified, or they just hit you out of the way constantly while doing nothing objective, ad clear, or damage wise while only being 20 feet in front of me and in my way. Like how are so many of you going to use eager edge and not even be fast.

The extra reward is time... Im no speedrunner, but I move quickly. I want to finish the objective as fast as I can so I can get to the next objective. Since you say that there is no time limit, then I would guess that you are playing vanguard ops? There is no loot in that, so people just play it to feel powerful and breeze through it. Kind of like the Quickplay Arena/ops that was added this season. Its so easy that it actually feels fun to play because you arent shooting the same enemy for 5 minutes straight.
