Bungie catfished and ghosted us
First we were given the cold shoulder by Bungie since last year with all this deliberate non-communication and empty TWID’s
Then Bungie catfished us with shadow and order. Leaving dedicated 11yr veterans at the side of the road to make room for their shiny new toy.
Now we are just completely ghosted with out any acknowledgment or explanation of what is going on.
But yet I log in on another reset hoping to see something worth doing, only to stare at eververse and vanguard alert pages for a few mins before shutting D2 back down again until next week. Not even a taken armor peice to purchase or decent weapon to grind for.
If Bungie thinks that I am going to make nice with their new marathon chic, after ghosting me and the whole faithful and dedicated community, they are dead wrong. I REFUSE TO PLAY MARATHON! even in free open beta. You hurt me Bungie, “you cut deep blue”

1 ReplyI played marathon and it was really bad. Cool guns but that’s all. They really screwed the pooch by not investing all of that $ and manpower into Destiny 3.

2 RepliesAnd yet bungie have a gall to slap $59 price tag on marathon. And asked many d2 players to pre-order that game (which they said last year they weren’t going to aim at those d2 players for marathon). And put in eververse more stuffs only available if someone preorder marathon. Devious.

1 ReplyHonestly, I never have strong opinions about new games coming out. But Marathon, I hope that this game completely tanks. I hope it goes down as the worse AAA game in history. For people who have pre-ordered that have put alot of time in Destiny, 1 question, why? With all of the issues Destiny has had with DLC launches and the countless missteps, why have faith that they have finally got thier act together?

1 ReplyDestiny 2 shouldn’t need something new every single week. The problem is the old seasonal format trained us to expect something, literally anything new every single week for many weeks and then the pre planned and often extended lulls they warned us about in between seasons ending. I miss the old format tbh even though it got so boring and stale. If they didn’t give us the bare minimum for years, the old seasonal format would’ve worked forever

I know they did festival of the lost (ghost event) but I didn't hear about any catfish eeevent.... momma said guardians are ornery because we don't have no catfish event (do guardians eat?) and also Bungie [i]currently[/i] runs our universe. -
Been using this time to learn diff aspects of the game. Slipstreaming has been my main focus for the last week or two. Gives me something to log in for at least and lots of players hang out at the cistern.
