So I googled "what is gizmo wefts drop rate 2026 call to arms week?" and the result was:
Based on information from the 2025-2026 Destiny 2 Dawning/Arms Week period, the Gizmo Weft legendary strand grenade launcher is a rare drop that persists through events. While officially introduced during The Dawning (ending Jan 6, 2026), it is considered a Call to Arms weapon.
Drop Rate: The drop rate for Gizmo Weft is described as low/rare. It is not featured as a primary reward, but rather as a bonus drop in the loot pool.
Where to Get (2026): During the Arms Week/Call to Arms period (starting Jan 27, 2026), Gizmo Weft can be obtained from Arms Week Event Weapons Engrams, which cost 75 Event Tokens.
Alternative Farm: It can be obtained from random drops during activities or by focusing with Ada-1 during Call to Arms/Arms Week.
Cost: It requires 35 Combat Telemetry (or equivalent 2026 event currency) for a chance to drop from specific vendor engrams.
While some reports during the earlier Dawning event suggested it was exceptionally rare (similar to the "Submersion" weapon), it is designed to be fully farmable during the Arms Week event.
Let me tell you... it is not dropping for me and it's not available to purchase with event tokens... this game just ain't it anymore homies.

Would you like mine? Literally can't get these things to *stop* dropping in events.

1 ReplyArms Week ≠ Call to Arms; they are separate Events. If Ash & Iron was anything to go off of Call to Arms was likely the final planned Event for the current Season, although that might change assuming the expected delay for Shadow & Order occurs. Yes, Gizmo Weft was obtainable during last week’s Event but not as a guaranteed direct purchase option from Ada or the Event Shop. Rather it was a possible (rare) reward from the Event’s Engrams which could drop from completing Arms Week Crucible matches, or be purchased from Ada or the Event Shop at the cost of Telemetry or Event Tokens respectively; this could be seen by inspecting the Engrams before purchase. And based on how things worked with Submersion during Ash & Iron, the coming Call to Arms Event will likely include an option to Attune for Gizmo Weft, greatly increasing the chances of getting a variety of rolls depending on the amount of grinding done by players looking to get drops. cuz gizmo weft is a call to arms gun but they added it as a possible reward for other events

Call to Arms and the Arms Week events are two separate events. Arms Week is a subevent focusing on a small pool of weapons from a seasonal pool. Call to Arms is a competitive event with the whole seasonal event pool. One of its weapons is available early in other events at a rare drop rate. Gizmo Weft is this seasons early choice, last time it was Submersion. You can tell by how many editions the wep has and seeing only one weapon has a single holofoil edition while the others have multiple.
