I am writing to respectfully request a review of the VAC ban imposed on my account.
I want to make it clear that I have never used cheats or any third-party software. Unfortunately, I made a serious mistake by allowing someone I trusted to access my account, and that person violated Steam's rules, resulting in this ban.
I kindly request that there be a possibility of reviewing this case.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I want to send this email address form

2 RepliesHi there. If you have been banned from your Steam account by Steam then Bungie cannot help you with that. You'd need to contact Steam Support if you want to appeal a VAC ban according to their policies. If you are able to sign into your account and see a "Not so fast" message when trying to log into D2, then it means you've been banned from D2. The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal a D2 ban. Please review the ban or restriction appeal contact form found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy found here.

Then you admit your account broke the rules.
