Bungo, Make events last longer during the drought
Bungie, just double or triple their length if you refuse to put anything out.
FOMO is not what you need right now, retention is. This game is your breadwinner, treat the playerbase more courteously since you’re too scared to speak and call out the content creators who both advertise you and villainize you.
Just treat the entirety of the playerbase nicer, that’s necessary at this point man:/
Also you might as well offer weekly bright dust once again too since eververse is the only real priority you guys have.
Just show us something regarding care for D2 still, or officially announce you’re surrendering D2 completely to Sony already. Seriously though:/

The reason they cut short arms week is because the bow mod was making players feel like true Guardians. People was able to complete runs in many places. So of course it's been cut short! That's why they try to smoke mirror it with "Dulge" event modifiers SMH!

3 RepliesI'm not keen on some of these events lasting longer than a week as they aren't great. If they put matchmaking on most portal activities and also added a bonus weapon to every activity with those weapons being rotated from the game's overall weapon pool (i.e. not just current season) then I think a lot more people would be playing as there would always be gear to chase.

100% Agree! I want the Iron Banner back that we had D1! Monthly and only certain armor items would drop along with 1-2 new weapons.

Being honest edge of fate had maybe 2 weeks of content, renegades had a little less, or more, depending on your will to needlessly level up vendors, if this is the model going forward it does leave most of the year to play marathon.

100% agree ! iron banner is MIA and you guys said nothing about it not coming around like it has been for several years. Like wth bungie. IB brings loads online. My dead clan even comes on for that. I am bored asf. Even if CTA was 2 weeks it doesn't have enough going on to retain anyone. This is a Slow death. D2 has prostate cancer. And it feels intentional At this point might as well make eververse sell for glimmer. Still wouldnt keep many thru this drought. Oh but theres a emblem dungeon challenge but for the casual its nearly impossible even copying everything streamers do. And why is emblems the top rewards for hard challenges. That never made sense to me. Your main player base is casual not the top 3% who can put out content to support you guys.

Or you could be like me…Just chillin no killin while doing emotes emotes in rumble; gettin g 5 tier drops, 3 strange coins and glimmer for just participating…avg ev 5 mins…reading a book while “participating” 😂… sure let’s make it last three weeks!
