Hey so I've been trying to get in touch with anyone at bungie regarding an issue to no avail. I was banned from destiny 2 on December 17,2025. No warning, no hey you messed up. Literally had just finished my first contest dungeon woth equilibrium and was going into the dawning and I loaded up the next day saying my account was banned and for no reason at all. I play on playstation and always have and I do not cheat, mod, hack, whatever you wanna call it. Hell I made it all the way up to paragon in the guardian ranks which I take great pride in. And I have not heard a single response from anyone regarding the case I put in. It's been 2 months since I submitted the request and it says high priority but obviously this is not this case. The system that is in place is broken and obviously not working because if its high priority then I would have heard back by now but no. Maybe yall can get me a response or lead me in the right direction to talk to someone. I just want to be unbanned and an explanation why I was banned so we then talk about the problem and fix the problem. If the response i get is to put in another case or this is not the place for this then I guess I can just call it and say that I'm not gonna get my account unbanned because again 2 months and nothing. This forum is here to help people and I really need it. To whomever reads this I appreciate it and hope to hear something back
