Combat Telemetry Maxxed at 500 you lose the rest. Fixed**
So I guess I should stop playing since I can't "spend"them AND if I was to continue playing I "lose" them

This is what happens when Bungie duck tapes something so the players don't benefit.
It's fixed but you have to buy the new Telemetry with your old Telemetry. You don't lose anything just a trade for the updated one.
