If you haven't already, then you may wish to check the abandoned quests kiosk in the Tower, as you may be able to reacquire it there. You may also be able to reacquire it via the Tharsis Cantina. If, however, you find you're unable to reacquire it via either source, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip demonstrating you're unable to reacquire it. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate.
