High tyrant
Is this supposed to be like that? Repulser brace, and destabilizing rounds perks are in the same column?

I believe it was intentional to give High Tyrant and The Marlet some variety. If you want them in separate columns you'll have to get it on The Marlet. Keep in mind Withering Gaze can still go well with Repulsar Brace on High Tyrant...if you have the patience to proc it and the DPS to kill before the weakening effect wears off.
