I am not sure what the issue is but the game crashes depending on certain scenarios for me. The two i know of are when loading into the tower, but only and specifically in/at the courtyard. I am able to load in near Ada 1 but when i walk to the courtyard the game crashes, specifically when in front of Zavala. The second scenario is the game crashes when loading into certain strikes via the portal. I do not know which strikes as the game crashes as soon as my ship begins to fly to said planet. Some strikes load with no problem so i have no idea where to begin to find a resolution.
