18th Ghost not showing up to put in Cantina to claim in Renegades Title
I have collected all Ghosts but the 18th Ghost is not showing to place in Cantina.
Is there currently an issue?
I found the 18th Ghost. Mine was in Venus, Artesia Mons (Tharsis Controlled) in the Treetop Platforms.

Yes. Many of us have confirmed this. It's very hard to give Bungie what they need to work out exactly what's going on. Waiting on them to get back to us on this. Check the other posts here for more details.
