Exotic Precision Decryption
At Master Rahool, I have used [b]Exotic Precision Decryption[/b] to collect "[b]Praxic Vestment[/b]", with my [b]Ghost mod[/b] to set to [b]Brawler[/b] and I received Exotic "Praxic Vestment" ([b]Bulwark[/b]).
Why do we have ghost mods, if they're going to be ignored, especially at Exotic [b]Precision [/b]Decryption.

They aren't ignored. What is ignored is how the ghost mode clearly says it [u][b]increases[/b][/u] the chances. It doesn't guarantee it.
