All characters stuck at Power 10 – returning player (PC Steam, pre-2022)
Hello Bungie Support,
I’m a returning Destiny 2 player on PC (Steam).
All my characters were created before 2022, and after logging back in recently, all characters and all equipment are stuck at Power Level 10.
I can access the Tower normally, but my account appears to be not fully migrated / not properly synchronized after the post-2022 changes.
I’ve tried multiple logins, activities, and Steam file verification with no change.
This seems to be a profile migration or server-side synchronization issue affecting my entire account.
Could you please check and resynchronize my account profile?

1 ReplyEdited by viiTactiiCZz: 12/30/2025 7:46:14 AMBungie pushed everyone down to 10 power (this included all equipped gear, gear on characters, and gear in your vault) with Edge of Fate when they did a power squash. Run the introduction stuff for Renegades (or other activities) and the chests will drop some 300 power gear to pull you up to that power, from there its Portal activities to raise your power.
