Bungie Store Order Lost in warehouse

Ordered the Beyond Light collectors edition during the black Friday sale within the first hour. Received a confirmation email but that was a month ago. It did NOT say that it would be 3-5 months after ordering anywhere on the item page or in my confirmation email. I've reached out to bungie "support" and the same person, twice now, has given me an auto reply stating they are shipped in the order they are received. I've had FIVE orders after this one, confirmed, tracked, shipped, and delivered. One of them was the Witch Queen CE, which I received in 5 business days. I just want what I paid for please.
