Seal not awarded for solo flawless Equilibrium even though I did it correctly.
I just did solo flawless Equilibrium and the seal did not proc for me??? Not sure why but I attached my dungeon report and a picture of the seal not completing.
I would prefer not to do this again if possible :P

It will need to be redone as Bungie will not manually trigger the triumph. During the run, did you at any point: - Disconnect -> Reconnect, - Black screen -> Respawn (usually without heavy/super), or - Have any contacting server messages? If any of those happened then it invalidates the run as you're counted as leaving. If they didn't then something else invalidated it but Bungie won't say exactly what it was and the PGCR don't contain that info.
