Fireteam disappears after hitting "Summon Fireteam"
It's happened to me on two separate occasions now that, after a full team has joined from the Fireteam Finder and everyone's readied up, I hit "Summon Fireteam" and we're basically booted out. No one joins while in orbit; the team is disbanded without any indication, and I'm no longer in the Finder at all. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
