I cant get the "Upper Hand" catalyst to drop from Fire & Ice. I've done every step (killed the Taken knights, destroyed the orbs in the "real" world before fighting the boss, through all of the Taken blight balls at the giant orbs in the boss room [both light and dark, making sure to finish the light ones, first, so that I make sure they're done]), but it won't drop. Based on a Reddit search, it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. Please fix this!
