New Gear granting incorrect Damage Reduction

However, from the menus in-game the damage reduction is 0.2% per slot, one-tenth of the stated value. See video attached, showing the in-game values.

Hi there, Thank you for your report and the accompanying links. We understand you aren't receiving as much damage reduction from your encrypted data disk as you would expect from the update.
