Is Cherished Constellation broke?
I have gone to a handful of the maps and collected a ghost on the ground, but the triumph still reads 0/18.
Are the Lawless Frontier ghosts not what this quest is referring to? Do you have to collect all 18 before it completes? Is it just broke? Please help.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Have you also placed the Ghosts around the Outpost? If not, please do so, as the act of placing the Ghosts causes the triumph to update.
