Can’t Obtain Pikers Rank Up Reward

I just got Pikers to rank 3 and tried clicking on the engram you get. It says I have to buy Witch Queen just to redeem it. Yet, its rewards tied to the Renegades content. I’m so confused??? It says “Lawless Frontier Gear” but apparently it’s Witch Queen items?
