Wishful Ignorance not considered new gear
PLATFORM: Steam
ISSUE: Wishful Ignorance is marked as a "New Gear" Item, but when equipped doesn't get the same benefit as other items.
ACTUAL RESULT: Artifact bonus sits at 4/5 until any other featured exotic is equipped in its place
