...the commendations (best dressed, thoughtful, fun etc...) at the end of team activities? I always give them, but mostly people just exit as soon as the activity is done. It seems like a complete waste of time to me. It doesn't mean anything and doesn't give you anything tangible, so in reality what's the point of it? I'd just get rid of it. It's utilising code and space for something genuinely pointless.
